Funded by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and through its local partner (YCO). Today, the distribution of shelter bags (NFIs and shelter materials) was implemented for the IDPs of Al-Hima department and the emergency situation IDPs living in random settlements and open houses in Al-Ta'aziah district – Taiz governorate. where more than 500 families were distributed the aid according to the field survey database carried out by the project's work team.The bags included ( sleeping beds, blankets,cooking materials,sheets,water bucket),as well as another shelter materials as (wood columns, shingles, tarpaulins, and tent kits). The project is one of the emergency response projects that meet the humanitarian needs of the most affected IDPs who have temporary and random shelters. The IOM and its local partner have managed to reach the most IDPs in random settlements in the district and successfully complete the distribution of bags. The beneficiaries expressed their gratitude to the two organizations for alleviating their humanitarian situation and improving their situation in their gathering sites.
