YCO concluded today the activities of the Open Day for Psychological Support for Children and the awareness programs for the prevention of cholera; and personal hygiene in the centers of displaced communities benefiting from the Harmonized shelter bag distributed at the end of last month with funding from the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Al-Ta'aziah and Al-Makha districts – Taiz Governorate for 910 families. The activities included the implementation of a roving medical clinic to provide primary services for the IDPs in Al- Qubbah and Al-Qehaf in Al-Ta'aziah district for two days, a total cleaning campaign for the gathering centers, support of the IDPs with a voluntary team to support them in prevention and hygiene of the family and children in particular and organizing an open day for children (theater establishment – activities, games, intertaining competitions, etc.) and the establishment of psychological support programs and brochures distribution of various awareness and storybooks. Many activities and events were implemented during a week in cooperation with (DEEM) organization for development and with the participation of the Social Service Foundation, the bollywood Media Center and the Youth Without Chains initiative.
